Graduated our Program
Centralized Services:
We provide all the vital services through HAHOKO
to eliminate participants having to bounce from agency to agency which often can be frustrating and overwhelming.
Structured Progression:
We present these services in a clear step-by-step process, each level with attainable milestones, which keeps participants motivated.
Gradual Empowerment:
We increase independence and freedom through each level to ease their way into society.
Consistent Support System:
From Homeless to Permanent Housing participants work with the same staff, within the same culture, structure, and support without having to constantly adapt. Our participants trust us, we know them, where they come from, and where they want to go.
Shared Experience:
100% of our team have shared experience, 95% is made up of men that have either gone through our homes, or residential program. This offers hope they if we can do it so can they, this also allows us to properly support participants, knowing first hand what they are experiencing.
Equip, Educate, Prepare:
Participants do not progress until they are ready, until they have all the tools, resources, support, and plan for success. Being sent out premature is one of the biggest problems seen over our years of experience.
Continued Support:
Staying engaged through alumni programs, volunteer opportunities, internship opportunities, or just a simple call or visit keeps participants accountable and not forgotten.
