About Us

Restoring lives since 2012

He Ala Hou O Ke Ola — "A New Path of Life" — is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit community in Honolulu dedicated to transforming lives, restoring hope, and offering new beginnings.

Our Mission

Educate. Equip. Prepare.

We educate, equip, and prepare individuals with the resources and support needed to successfully reintegrate into society — serving men who are justice-involved, experiencing homelessness, or struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.

Our vision is a thriving community where individuals recover, families reunite, and people find freedom, healing, and purpose on their new path of life.

Our leaders aren't just staff — most walked this same path. That's the HAHOKO difference.
