“A New Path Of Life”

In English, He Ala Hou O Ke Ola is translated “A New Path Of Life” We are a private 501c3 non-profit organization.
Our organization is a faith based community reintegration program for men who are ready to transition into a life of freedom, serenity, and purpose. We are a private 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2012, located on the island of Oahu.

To provide a foundation; resources and a safe place to live for those
who choose to walk this “new path of life”

Our Mission:

To lead and support men on “a new path of life” towards…

  • Conquering and being free from drug addiction and alcoholism
  •  Learning basic life skills for sustainability
  • Becoming a productive and contributing member of society

RESIDENTIAL LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM

Over a course of 1 year we focus on strategically preparing, and equipping men by focusing on the whole person spiritually, mentally, and physically. We teach clients the necessary life skills needed to live healthy, balanced, and successful lives. After 6 months, clients transfer to one of our recovery homes where they have the opportunity to apply what they have learned before one day transitioning into a place of their

RECOVERY HOMES

We provide entry level homes for men early on in recovery as well as independent housing which is designed for men to use as a stepping stone into a place of their own. In these homes they are taught, responsibility, respect for one another as well as other family values.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Clients have the opportunity to learn new skills, trades, professional work-ethic, time management, resume building, and more. Our goal is to prepare and equip our clients for todays work force, which will help clients find gainful employment.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

Spiritual guidance is key to our success. We believe change needs to happen from within our spirit, from the inside out. The men in our homes attend a weekly bible study and church service as part of our program services.

GIVING BACK

We as an organization are always looking for opportunities to give back, and be of service to our families, our communities, and our church, service is a vital part of our way of life. Once a month we go out to be a blessing to the homeless.
